Order Processing & Verification

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, INTROGRESSIVE.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Payment & Shipping

You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that have been shipped, along with the applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Delivery Time

The delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time. Please note that the delivery time does not account for any customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Processing time begins after your payment is confirmed and typically takes 1-2 business days. We usually ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated shipping time is 5-10 days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated shipping time is 1-5 days.
  • Shipping by Sea: Estimated shipping time is 8-15 days.
